A. The application of eyelash extensions should not cause pain but you may experience a slight stinging sensation and your eyes may water caused by exposure to the glue fumes. This is mild and should not cause any major discomfort during or after the procedure.

A. Although it is rare, it is possible to have an allergic reaction to the gel pads or the adhesive used to apply for the extensions. If you have sensitive skin or eyes, we would recommend booking in for a patch test before getting a full set of extension. If you had allergies before, it is likely to get allergies again. You should try using sensitive glue. If you have a reaction with sensitive glue, you should avoid eyelash extension in general.

A. They are applied using professional tools to isolate one natural lash at a time and attach the eyelash extension. For Classic lashes, we attach one lash extension per one natural lash and for Russian Volume lashes, we attach one lash extension fan per one natural lash.

A. All the materials used is of high quality and specially made for use near the eye area. It is quite a safe procedure.

A. Depending on which collection you choose, it takes about 1 to 2 hours. For refill appointments, it takes form 45 minutes to an hour.

A. We do not recommend using eyelash curlers on your eyelash extensions as this can damage both your eyelash extensions and your natural lashes. If you would like to adjust the curl to make it more noticeable or to make it more natural, please notify us at your next appointment.

A. It is fine to wear makeup with eyelash extensions but please ensure that you remove the makeup completely otherwise the buildup of oil and dirt will cause the lash extensions to fall out quicker. If you wear makeup regularly, it is recommended to use a daily lash cleanser along with oil-less makeup remover in order to remove the residue.

PUNCTUALITY

Appointment Policy:

- To ensure optimal scheduling and respect for all clients, we kindly request that cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in charges according to the 24-hour booking and cancellation policy.

- A $70 non-refundable deposit is required from every client to secure future appointments, which will be credited towards your next visit.

- Arriving early allows us to fully utilize your appointment time and avoid delays for others if you need to use the bathroom, remove makeup, or clean your lashes.

- While we'll try our best to accommodate late arrivals, the full service may not be possible, and standard fees will still apply.

24-HOUR BOOKING &

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Notify us at least one working day in advance for cancellations.

- Cancellations on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- Within 24 hours, you need to pay a $30 last-minute cancellation fee.

- No-shows will incur a $70 penalty.

- Two consecutive no-shows may result in the rejection of further bookings without explanation.

- Confirming your appointment acknowledges our cancellation policy.

CONFIRMATION

New clients, please ensure your contact information is accurate. You'll receive a confirmation message or email 1-2 days before your appointment. Failure to confirm by one day before the appointment will result in cancellation. Thank you for choosing us, and we look forward to seeing you soon!

COMPLIMENTARY FIX

At Elysia Lash Co, we are committed to providing top-notch service. If you encounter any issues with our treatments, please contact the salon within 48 hours, and we will promptly address your concerns. It's important to be aware that lash glues are affected by temperature and humidity, which can lead to more lashes falling out if the glue hasn't fully dried. Should this happen, get in touch with us within 2 days for a complimentary fix.

To ensure optimal results, we recommend maintaining your extensions with infills every 2-3 weeks, especially if you have limited lashes remaining. After 4 weeks or if there are no lashes left, a new full set will be required.

While rare, reactions to eyelash extensions can occur at any time, unrelated to the lash technician or the product used. If you experience any adverse reactions, please inform us immediately, and we will offer a solution, including free removal of the extensions. If symptoms persist, we advise seeking medical attention promptly.
